1. The service

Aeon Softworks operates this website, including study materials, tools, account features, and product information for EliteCAD and other software.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

3. Paid products

F.E. Prep is a paid digital curriculum. Access requires an account and a completed purchase. Price and checkout details are shown on the unlock page at the time of purchase.

EliteCAD is in development and is not for sale until we say otherwise. Joining its waitlist does not charge your card.

4. Waitlists and emails

If you join a waitlist, you consent to receive email about that product’s availability and related updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software remain owned by Aeon Softworks or its licensors. You may not redistribute paid software outside the license terms that accompany a purchase.

6. Disclaimer

The site and software are provided “as is.” Study tools are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
